We print each tee to order onto a blank 100% cotton shirt in our own workshop, applying the flamingo artwork and name together using durable, heat-set inks rather than a vinyl sticker that can peel in the heat. Cotton also breathes better than the polyester found in a lot of holiday clothing, which matters when you're chasing a toddler round a beach all afternoon.
