Delivery: We offer standard, tracked, and next working day delivery, with postal upgrades available at checkout – please note dispatch times depend on printing and packing. As these are personalised items, they aren't eligible for a standard refund, but we will happily refund an order that's confirmed lost by the courier, typically 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
