We strive to dispatch all orders promptly, typically within a few days. However, during busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We use Royal Mail 24/48 for shipping within the UK and Royal Mail Tracked for international orders. Once dispatched, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, particularly during the Christmas season.
