Personalised items are exempt from refunds due to postal delays but will be refunded if Royal Mail considers them lost, typically 10 working days after they should have arrived.
If you have any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Personalised items are exempt from returns unless they are faulty. Please ensure you spell the name correctly, as this will be copied and pasted before printing.
