Each one is printed to order onto a plain white 100% cotton tee in our own workshop, with the number, mermaid artwork and name applied together using heat-set inks that won't crack or peel the way a vinyl transfer eventually does. Cotton also breathes better than the polyester found in a lot of novelty party wear, so it stays comfortable through cake, games and everything in between.
