We print each tee to order onto a plain white 100% cotton shirt in our own workshop, applying the lion artwork, name and age together using durable, heat-set inks rather than a vinyl sticker that can crack with washing. Cotton also breathes better than the polyester found in a lot of party wear, so it's comfortable through cake, games and everything in between.
