Each item is made to order, so we're unable to offer returns for personalisation mistakes made at checkout, unless the item arrives faulty – just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with postal upgrades available at checkout if you need it sooner. Please wash inside out at 30°C with no fabric conditioner, and avoid ironing directly on the print.
