Because each box is personalised, we're unable to offer refunds except where Royal Mail deems a parcel lost, typically after 10 working days past the expected delivery date, in which case we'll refund you promptly. Should your box arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and its packaging so we can help with an insurance claim.
