To personalise your box, simply add the name (and any other details you'd like included) in the notes section when you place your order. Every box is printed in-house with care, so during particularly busy periods please allow a little extra time for it to be made and shipped.

As personalised items, these boxes can't be returned for a refund unless Royal Mail confirms your parcel as lost, which is usually after 10 working days from the expected delivery date – in which case we'll happily refund you in full. If your box arrives damaged, please get in touch within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can sort out an insurance claim on your behalf.
