Please note that, being personalised, these boxes aren't eligible for a standard refund, though we will of course refund you if Royal Mail confirms your order as lost, usually around 10 working days after it was due. If your box turns up damaged, just drop us a message within 24 hours along with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll help sort out an insurance claim.
