To personalise your box, simply leave the name you'd like added in the notes section when you order. Each one is printed to order in-house, so please allow a little extra time for dispatch during busier periods.

Please note that, as a personalised item, this box isn't eligible for a standard refund, though we'll gladly refund you if Royal Mail confirms it as lost, typically around 10 working days after the expected delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, get in touch within 24 hours with photos of the item and its packaging so we can help with an insurance claim.
