To personalise yours, simply add the name you'd like printed in the notes section when you place your order. Each box is printed in-house with care, so please allow a little extra time during our busier periods.

As these boxes are personalised, we're unable to offer refunds unless Royal Mail confirms your parcel as lost, which is usually around 10 working days after it was due – in that case, we'll refund you promptly. If your box arrives damaged, please get in touch within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can help with an insurance claim.
