Important Print Area Information
Please note:
• Designs are not printed at the very top or bottom of the mug
• Artwork is printed within the square area shown on the mock image
• The design is printed on both sides of the mug
• The handle area is not printed
For best results, artwork should be sized at:
20cm x 20cm (ideal size)
300dpi high resolution recommended
Low resolution files will print blurry.

• Recommended size: 20x20cm
• 300dpi resolution for best quality
• PNG or high-quality JPG preferred
• Ensure colours are correct before uploading
• Transparent backgrounds must be supplied correctly
We do not:
• Edit
• Crop
• Resize
• Adjust colours
• Add text
If you need to add wording or adjust layout, please complete this before uploading (many customers use Canva to finalise designs).
What you upload is what will be printed.

By uploading your artwork and placing your order, you confirm:
• You own the rights to the design
• You have permission to reproduce the artwork
• The design does not infringe on copyright or trademarks
• You are legally authorised to have this artwork printed
We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates copyright laws or is inappropriate.
