Bottles are specially printed using the latest technology. To ensure the image quality lasts and remains vibrant it is recommended to hand wash bottles and not to leave soaking. Do not put it in a dishwasher. Bottles should not be dropped.
If any item arrived damaged please contact me within 24 hours with photos.

Information for international orders:
All orders are sent with delivery tracking but since covid19 there are has been an increase in delays to some items due to customs struggling with the demand. Please do bear this in mind when ordering as these are personalised and exempt from our returns (we will only consider an item as lost in the post 2w after the item has been sent and will then issue a full refund)
