These boxes are suitable for all occasions and come in two sizes. Each box comes complete close with a magnetic catch on the front which you don't see, then they have a lovely grosgrain bow to tie making them look extra special, and your chosen design and message is professionally printed directly onto the box for an amazing finish.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can, usually within a few days, but on busy peak periods, this may be slightly longer. For posting, we use Royal mail 24/48 for the UK, and Royal Mail tracked for outside the UK. Once dispatched we cannot be held responsible for any delays, especially over the Xmas season.
Personalised items are unfortunately exempt from returns as we cannot sell them on but we're sure you will love your item when it's received, should you have any issues please do get in touch.
If any item arrived damaged please contact me within 48 hours with photos. Damaged items will be refunded or replaced.

Personalised items are exempt from refunds due to postal delays but will be refunded if Royal Mail considers these lost which is usually 10 working days after they should have arrived. These will of course be refunded to you.
