Print: DTG Printing – this means your order is printed directly onto the garment, we do not use stickers or vinyl and the ink is pressed into the fibres, so you won’t even feel it and it wont irritate baby’s skin. What’s more, with this being the latest technology of printing there is no need for hand washing and the print will not crack.
Care Instructions: Machine Washable – we advise 30 degrees to maintain the best quality images over time.

All aim to print and dispatch orders 1 to 3 business days.
We offer both domestic and international shipping options - both option are sent tracked.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen resolution.
Any issues please contact within 48hrs of receiving your order. Personalised items are exempt from returns (unless faulty). Please ensure you spell the name correctly as this will be copied and pasted before being printed.

Delivery estimates are only an estimate of when your item may arrive. Please be aware that there can be delays that are out of our control. Personalised items are exempt from refunds due to postal delays but will be refunded if Royal Mail considers these lost which is usually 10 working days after they should have arrived. These will of course be refunded to you.
