Our decorations are printed using a specialist printer which gives amazing results in colour and detail and unlike vinyl, they will not peel away over time.
We aim to dispatch within a few days of the order being placed but over the Xmas season, this can be slightly longer as we have only one UV printer.

If any item arrived damaged please contact me within 48 hours with photos.

Delivery estimates are only an estimate of when your item may arrive. Please be aware that there can be delays that are out of our control. Personalised items are exempt from refunds due to postal delays but will be refunded if Royal Mail considers these lost which is usually 10 working days after they should have arrived. These will of course be refunded to you.
